About the Event
The Makerie featuring Indiana Jones!
The Pankot Palace feast is one of most memorable scenes in all the Indiana Jones movies. Held in 1935, and hosted by the Majarajah Zalim Singh to promote Pankot's standing in the region. Jones kept a journal of the dishes served, noting they were not ones that a Hindu would eat, fueling suspicion of his dinner hosts.
The feast consisted of a huge, fully alive snake filled with other smaller snakes, as well as giant beetles, eyeball soup, and for dessert, chilled monkey brains served straight from the skull.
Not only will you get to enjoy "gross" food, as stated by Short Round, you'll get to watch this classic movie while you eat!
A special meal will be served carefully crafted for you by Trench Brewing's head chef, Brian, and Master of Creative Chaos, Kim from The Makerie.
No substitutions/alternates. This is the menu:

Whip cracking meatballs with cheddar, tarragon and a smoked pineapple aioli for dipping
